Chrissy Harley trained for 8 years to high level of competitive gymnastics, which gives her an enhanced awareness of how bodies work, biomechanics and cause and effect relationships of injuries. This also meant Chrissy was often on the receiving end of many different therapies. . . Chrissy also has extensive experience in competing and training horses through to CCI** eventing level, having worked at dressage barns in USA and hunt stables and eventing stables throughout England.
