Since attaining her degree, Katie has completed:. - Teaching Assistant Diploma. - Autism Awareness Diploma. - Classroom Behaviour Diploma. - Classroom Management . - TEFL course. - First Aid. - Multiple teaching placements in both Primary & Secondary schools. . Katie also worked as a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant in a local primary school.. . In addition to her Degree and above qualifications, she completed Mathematics and English Literature to A-level and achieved 13 GCSE's (6 A grades and 7 A* grades). Katie was also tutored herself from the age of 7 to 19, meaning she has a wealth of experience as the student. As such, she is able to understand the challenges student's face, and how beneficial tuition can be.. . Katie taught English both to children and adults in Poland before University, and tutored primary school children in the Belfast area during her time at University.. .
