Detailed description is Families Against Drugs is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Faith Based Organization providing support for families dealing with addiction. My brother, Sean Daniel McLarty passed away March 28,2011. God gave him to our family for 30 wonderful, short years. I remember everything that happen the night I was told that my brother passed away.The detectives came into our house and I stayed in my room because I was too afraid to know what was going to happen. Daddy came in my room throwing Lucy (my dog) in my room, balling his eyes out, saying you're dead... I couldn't believe what I just heard, I thought to myself. I went straight to Robert's (my big brother) room and just hugged him so tight and told him what had happened to you. Robert held me so tight and then Daddy came in there telling Robert to go comfort Mom and I just fell onto Robert's floor crying my eyes our by the door, listening to what the men were saying in our living room. That was the MOST heartbreaking night I have ever had in my entire life. Whenever they told me that you were found dead by that maid in the hotel room, I just crashed. I thought to myself, "Sean, why were you two hours away from us?" "What were you running away from?" "Why did this have to happen to us?" The nights got more worse as the days went on. The funeral was the worst. I never cried so hard for someone in my life. This is why I'm doing this. Sean's dream was to get this GOING. So that's what I HAVE to do. For Sean <3
