Detailed description is FESTA is a biennial event where Christchurch is imagined and experienced differently. A major event in the Te Pūtahi programme: www.facebook.com/teputahi FESTA collaborates with creative practitioners and local communities to imagine Christchurch differently. Everyone is then invited to experience Christchurch differently over the Festival, at Labour Weekend (in even years: 2014, 2016, 2018...). We started out as annual but became biennial after the third event in 2014. . . FESTA is a major event in the year-round programme of Te Pūtahi - Christchurch centre for architecture and city-making.
