Well, they aren’t really babies anymore.
They are 8 and 5.
I am married to my soulmate and high school sweet heart.
We have been together 19 years and married for 12! During that time we have been through the good and bad, all while growing up together.
Resulting in us creating an absolutely amazing little family.
Somedays are hard but what an amazing life we are living.
My dream come true..

I am a happy, glass is half full, kind of girl.
I believe anything is possible with a little hard work and love.
I dream big and work hard.
I have learned over the last 8 years that I am capable of doing hard things and I actually kind of like it.
I love the thrill of making dreams come true.
I have learned that commitment and dedication are words that describe me well..

I am what you would call a “crunchy” mom.
I am a organic everything kind of girl.
I birthed my second daughter at home (on purpose ).
I breastfed both of my daughters for 21 months each.
My kids have never eaten a hotdog or boxed macaroni & cheese - I pride myself on that..

Health & Fitness is my passion.
I use to believe that I led a healthy lifestyle but have learned over the last 8 years, I was way wrong.
I have educated myself to understand why fueling our bodies with the best food is important.
How this prevents disease.
It isn’t always easy, putting in the extra effort, but I know it’s worth it.
I have learned that you don’t need to slave away at the gym for hours a day to see the results you want.
I want to share all of my tips and secrets with you!.

I was a group fitness instructor for years until stumbling upon the opportunity to become a personal health & fitness coach.
Two years ago I founded Fit Mom Court, became my own boss, created my dream job and haven’t looked back since! As a coach, I have the platform to reach so many people and help them on their journey to bettering themselves.
I love meeting new people, strangers, connecting with old friends/acquaintances, via social media.
Connecting with people across the country, guiding them step by step, being their cheerleader, helping them get back up when they fall, celebrating the baby steps and huge accomplishments…IS MY THING!.
