Detailed description is In the summer of 1962 a meeting was held to discuss the Floyd Knobs Community Club (F.K.C.C.) and in October of 1962 a meeting of Board of Directors was formed and officers were elected and set out to acquire land & build what is known as the F.K.C.C.
Also, in December 1962 a charter was granted by the Indiana Secretary of State to initiate and support recreation, spirit, fellowship & relationships of the community..
