The Ford City Redevelopment Committee guides the work of the FCNR staff. . . FCNR Staff work with community members in Ford City towards the goals of neighbourhood engagement, safety and security improvements, community image renewal and commercial revitalization.. . FCNR staff are dedicated to connecting community members with each other, the city, organizations, government and the larger community to make positive changes in their neighbourhood. . . The FCNR is primarily funded by the United Way. . FCNR receives special project funding/inkind support from several partners such as the University of Windsor, Windsor Police Services, FCBIA, Winroc, City of Windsor, Atelier Virginianne, New Song Church, New Beginnings, Windsor Essex Community Foundation, Veresen Inc., Dulux Paints, Hackforge, City of Windsor and WECHU.
