Detailed description is Ross W. Muller is an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in architectural and interior design and construction supervision. Ross W. Muller is an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in architectural and interior design and construction supervision. He received his education in architecture, interior design, and graphic design at the New York Institute of Technology. In 1997, he began working with licensed architect, J. Bryan Price at the high-end global retailer St. John Knits. Over the next seven years they opened boutique locations in most major U.S. cities and dozens of shops in Asia. In 2004, Price established CAP DESIGN Architecture and invited Muller to be his main Associate and Senior Project Manager. They began producing design and working drawings for commercial, retail, residential, and manufacturing buildings. Ross gained over 10 years of experience at this firm, where he still serves as a freelance Associate today. This experience allowed him to establish his own design and management company in Saint Augustine, Florida, where Ross is quickly establishing a local presence. His firm, From Within Design & Management, LLC, specializes in residential remodels and new construction, new commercial and retail tenant improvements, as well as exterior and interior re-surface designs with minor landscaping.. . Ross has a wealth of knowledge and provides a range of professional services, including Architectural Concept Development, Construction Document Production, Scale Model Building, HOA and Permit Aprroval Expedition, Structural and MEP Engineer Coordination, Contractor Bid Comparison Analysis, and Construction Supervision. He has completed several local residential improvement projects since moving here from Southern California in February of 2014. Ross also has extensive commercial design experience, completing new office and executive suites, and completing multi-purpose structures and private schools.. .
