Detailed description is Facebook page for Fullbright Studio. The places I explored while growing up were the high desert canyons of northwestern Colorado.. Although we spent several years living in the Middle East and South America, my true home is the Colorado Plateau.Petroglyphs, pictographs and the stunning beauty Dinosaur National Monument provide the inspiration for much of my art.. . I was initially influenced by my grandfather, an artist. With my grandfather's encouragement, I trained to be a goldsmith. My distinctive work, combined precious stones, dinosaur bone,fossilized palm wood, and other elements with gold and silver settings.. . In 1998 my family and I moved back to Vernal and opened Fullbright Studios. A unique store specializing in artwork inspired by the Northern Colorado Plateau. We exhibit art by regional and nationally recognized artists such as A.D. Shaw, Lyman Whitaker, Jim Stewart, Chris Manwaring, as well as my own photography,jewelry,and encaustic paintings.. . When in Vernal, Utah, stop by and check out what might well be the most unique shop in Eastern Utah, and the only one that specializes in photography taken in Dinosaur National Monument.
