Detailed description is Offer personal trainer, bootcamp, yoga, strength training and low impact aerobic classes in a personal and fun setting. We have scheduled classes as well as personal trainer appointments on a one-on-one basis with Laurie. Bootcamps are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm and signed up for in three month sessions. Laurie offers yoga on Monday and Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 AM as well as 7-8am on Friday morning. There are strength training and aerobic classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 as well.
