The Georgetown College Inmersión en Español Program is an innovative course of study that immerses you in Spanish in and out of the classroom while you pursue a degree in the field of your choice. . . IEGC participants take one-third of their general education courses taught entirely in Spanish. This means that you earn credit for graduation and towards the IEGC Certificate by taking classes in philosophy, sociology, and psychology, among others, in Spanish!. . If you've studied through AP Spanish in school, or have had equivalent experience and/or training in the language, or speak the language natively, you are eligible for this one-of-a-kind program. To receive the IEGC Certificate upon graduation, you must also maintain a 3.3 GPA and complete a senior capstone project. . . The IEGC program immerses you in Spanish right here in Central Kentucky, on Georgetown College's picturesque campus.
