Detailed description is GoFresh Produce is a wholesale produce distributor that has been in business since 1941. We have a warehouse in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. We have almost anything and everything you could possibly want, and if we don't have it we can try to get it! GoFresh Produce was founded in 1941 by Lloyd Johnson as Tulsa Fruit Company and operated under that name until 2009 when it was rebranded as GoFresh. This fourth generation local family owned company is currently operated by Colby and Gabe Johnson and their sister Cissy Smith. With a new state of the art facility opened in Tulsa in 2007 and opening a facility in Oklahoma City in 2011, Tulsa Warehouse Expansion in 2016, and a 3rd Distribution Center in Little Rock, AR in 2016, GoFresh has enjoyed and is poised for extensive growth throughout our distribution foot print which covers Central and South Eastern Kansas, Southwest and Central Missouri, Northwestern/Central Arkansas and Central and North Eastern Oklahoma. . . Our affiliation with Pro Act, a national buying group, ensures we have the buying power to secure produce in the most competitive markets and ensure our customers a supply when others may not be able to. This affiliation secures quality products for our local customers as well as the national chain accounts we service as well. We are also are strongly focused on offering quality local, sustainable produce items when available and pride ourselves on being willing to continually source local suppliers that can meet our customers standards of quality, safety, value and supply. We participate in the Pro Act driven program Greener Fields Together initiative supporting, training and networking the local growers as well as the Harvest Sensations program that focuses on specialty and organic offerings. . . GoFresh is constantly striving to be a leader in food safety and participates willingly in many third party quality and food safety audits to meet our clients stringent requirements. Our Food Safety Team is well trained and versed in the current standards required in the industry and we feel combined with our technology advances we feel we can offer the ability to service all types of clients with EDI capabilities, fleet GPS tracking, dynamic routing software, lot tracing capabilities, web based ordering and customized reporting. . . We continue to bring our customers value and service as we have added several new lines of products to ensure freshness and service to our clients.
