I made this bakery in honor of my wonderful granny. She worked as a cake decorator for over 60 years, and she deserves to have her tradition carried on. She didn't do much baking but when it came to the decorating of the cakes she was amazing! I learned how to decorate cakes from her and everything I know is from her. . . I can do almost anything you ask me for. Some of my specialties are my Pies, Fudge, Cheesecakes, and of course my decorating with all of the above and cakes.
