Detailed description is Grape Creek RV Park, Campground and Cabins CABINS: Cabins are for non-smoking guests only and are inclusive with 20 amp 120 volt electrical service; no water or sewer is available within the cabin. One queen size mattress and one bunk bed are furnished, please bring your own linens, pillows or sleeping bags and enjoy our clubhouse kitchenette and clean refreshing bathrooms included.. . RV SITES: RV Sites are inclusive with 30 amp 120 volt or 50 amp 240 volt electrical service panels, water and sewer hook ups. Each Site measures 30’ width by 50’ in length and all are full pull thru Sites. RV's must be equipped with electrical, water and sewer ports to occupy a full hook up site, ONLY one Recreational Vehicle is allowed per Site.. . TENTS: Tents are allowed in our Campground area.. . RESTROOMS, LAUNDRY, OFFICE and CLUBHOUSE: Restrooms are open 24 hours a day except for periodic closings for cleaning and maintenance. The Laundry, the Office and Clubhouse rooms are open and available for use from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Our Clubhouse is available by reservation for private rental. At no time is smoking, loitering, soliciting and etc. allowed and the entry of pets is prohibited.. . GRAPE CREEK AND CAMPFIRES: Grape Creek is on private property and is available FREE for guest fishing ONLY. All fish caught while fishing with or without a Colorado State fishing license must be released and the use of barbed fishing hooks is prohibited. Campfires are ONLY allowed in the designated Community fire pits. Any other location(s) of open burning will not be tolerated.
