You’ll enjoy privacy in the middle of town as this property has a wooded back yard and a wetland across the street with wildlife visiting regularly. If you need a place to park your boat or other outdoor "toys", we have garage space, ample off-street parking, and plenty of on-street parking on our quiet street. Great for hunting, fishing, family vacation, or holiday retreat.. . You can start your mornings with a quiet cup of coffee on the back deck and end the night swapping stories around the campfire out front, watching as waterfowl fly in to roost across the street. Get a good nights’ rest in one of three bedrooms and if you have a large group there is plenty of extra space in the downstairs bonus room with a sofa sleeper, futon and 2 queen air mattresses (extra linens for all of these can be found in the closet at the top of the steps). Our central heat and air conditioning system will keep you comfortable any time of the year.. . Enjoy meals on the front patio overlooking the pond or in the large dining room. With seating for 11+ in the dining room, with additional folding tables and chairs, there is sure to be ample space for all. You can prepare meals in our full kitchen and on the gas grill on the back deck. There is a full set of dishes and utensils available to use.. . If you are traveling with small children, you don’t have to pack the entire house, we have you covered. Our home is equipped with most everything you’ll need for small children: baby gates, pack-and-play, one high chair, two booster seats, toddler toys, step-stool in the bathroom, children board games, strollers (double stroller, single stroller, and umbrella stroller), children books and toys. This will give parents and grandparents a piece of mind and time to relax and truly enjoy your vacation, without an extra 2 days of packing!. . The downstairs bonus room welcomes all types of fun with a boat load of space. This 24’ x 19’ room is equipped with a foosball table, pin ball machine, sofa sleeper, futon, and a TV with cable/satellite access for hours of entertainment, day or night.. .
