Detailed description is We are an academic support resource for students at Hamilton College. HEOP & its activities are supported in whole or in part by the New York State Ed Dept Higher Education Department to increase access to higher education for New York State residents. The Hamilton College Scholars Program, the sister program to HEOP, is designed to support those students who are either from outside New York State or do not meet HEOP financial guidelines. The programs provide students the opportunity to excel with enhanced academic supports. HEOP and its programs are funded jointly through New York State Arthur O.
