Detailed description is The Heartland Diner opened April 2010. We are a Family Friendly Restaurant that offers a wide variety menu. Breakfast is served daily from 6am to 11am. Dinner and daily specials start 11am and are served till close. We have a full Breakfast menu, anything from Eggs, Toast, Omelets, Biscuits & Gravy, our "Almost Famous" plate sized Pancakes, French Toast, Everything Hash browns to Oatmeal if you like. We also feature a Daily Breakfast Special for $2.99 and have fresh Cinnamon and Carmel/Pecan rolls.. . Our Dinner menu is served from 11 to close daily and we also feature Daily Specials. Some favorites are Scalloped Potatoes & Ham, Lasagna, Chicken Stir Fry, Taco Tuesday, and Fish specials on Friday. We always have a "Home Cooked Meal" special on Sundays that includes meat, potato, vegetable, bread and dessert. There is also a featured fresh baked good in our bakery case daily. Anything from muffins, cake, bars, or a special desert.. . Our regular menu items consist of our Heartland Burgers, 1/4 lb. Burgers, 1/2 lb. Mega Burger, Hot Roast Beef Sandwich, Meatloaf, Philly Beef, Grilled or Crispy Chicken sandwich, Tenderloins, Shrimp, Fish and of course our Broasted Chicken. We have a 2pc. meal up to 16pc meal. It comes with a choice of potato (fries, wedges, or mashed/gravy), bread, and coleslaw. We offer Salads, Taco, Chicken/Bacon/Ranch & Chef. We also have Soup/Side Salad/Breadstix or Soup/Sandwich combos. We have Chili daily and a featured Soup of the day. There also is a Kids menu and you can add a basket to any sandwich for $2.50 more, which consists of fries or coleslaw and a drink.. . We have Soft Serve Ice Cream. Vanilla, Twist, or Chocolate.
