We are putting the finishing touches on our 2 large adjoining studios, which complement the gardens, fields and outbuildings surrounding our 200 year old log home, the heart of our lives. . Our specialties: . Craft Vinegars made with Niagara Riesling wine vinegar slowly infused in the cool of our root cellar to capture the intense herb and berry flavours of summer.. Artisan Jams & Jellies made with wild apple pectin from our bush in small batches from organically raised herbs and berries, hand-picked at their flavor peak.. Gourmet Finishing Salts made from hand-harvested Vancouver Island sea salt and infused with our berries and herbs.. Wood, stone, glass & felt crafts: made largely from local and recycled materials..
