Detailed description is The HCCCP is a community-based crime prevention program that provides an alternative to gang involvement for youth ages 8 - 18 years old. The objectives of the program are to prepare youth for future leadership positions and challenges by mentoring the youth through positive attitudes and pro-social skill development by culturally sensitive role models.
