With over 35 years as a Welder and Pipe fitter, and 15 years as a Maintenance Mechanic, Ernest Wilson can oversee any project of any size.. . Ernest Wilson started out as a pipefitter at International Paper in Bastrop, Louisiana in about 1955. There they trained him to weld and so he became a pipe fitter/welder. In 1967 he was transferred to Vicksburg, Mississippi where he continued his chosen profession until he decided to join a Union for contractors who would move him and his family from state to state working on construction projects such as oil refineries, potato processing plants, nuclear plants, etc.. . He continued traveling for about 17 years working as a maintenance mechanic and structural welder. From there he would work for the next 3 years as a maintenance supervisor at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.. . Ernest Wilson, has been a member of the NRA for 40 years and is currently a Benefactor Member. Since his retirement began from CWU he has traveled around the country specializing in the sell of guns and knives at gun shows around Washington State. Now with HSW he finds a new purpose for his skill in Metal Fabrication in which has empowered local business and individual that are looking for services in the industry of mobile welding.. . Lead welder Jared Wilson, has a fifteen year background in welding and manufacturing which lead him to a seven year commitment with a Nation Defense Contractor in Sunnyvale CA, but is now serving HSW in the Shasta County area.. . Jared is highly skilled in Mig, Tig, Flux, and Stick welding. After graduating in 2002 with an AWS certification from Curlew Jobs Corps. His knowledge of welding has grown with the help of employers like Genie Industries in Redmond WA and Northrop Grumman in Sunnyvale CA.. . His commitment to the craft of welding has taken him into a fulltime journey level career with Welding/Metal Fabrication as he is now dedicated to a full time position with HSW. . .
