Detailed description is Huseby Apiaries raises honey from wild flowers, like Sweet Clover, and keeps it pure, raw, and unfiltered. It is healthy for the bees and for your family. Dad kept bees, in a fairly natural fashion, for 30 years. His bees stayed put, working an area all spring, summer and fall, and spending our long, Montana winter on the same stand. They weren't trucked around to pollinate mono-crops.. . We grew up eating his delicious Sweet Clover honey. We ate it on pancakes, biscuits and waffles, to name a few. It was normal for us. It was not until Dad retired from beekeeping, that we realized what we would be missing.. . I tried various other honeys over the years. They were great, but not quite it. Finally, my brother and I decided that if we were going to have Dad's honey again, we were going to have to step up. So we dusted off his equipment, and started keeping bees again.. . We have been producing high quality honey, ever since. We own and manage the bee colonies (hives), we bottle the honey at our licensed food-processing facility, and we distribute it wholesale, to retail outlets (grocery stores). Our customers love the product, and the demand is expanding.. .
