Detailed description is Ideal Machine, Inc. is located in Dieterich, IL., offering over 50 years of combined experience in machining, set up and programming of CNC machinery, 3-D modeling, certified welding, and metal forming. Our main arenas are industrial, agricultural, printing, and automotive with capabilities for all machine shop needs.. The main focus of IMI is CNC milling and turning because we have the experience and capabilities to hold tight tolerances in an economic and timely fashion. We can work with steel, stainless, castings, plastics, aluminum, bronze alloys, and tool steels and house all the necessary equipment to complete the job. Some of our machinery includes: CNC mill with 4th and 5th axis capability, 3 axis CNC mills, CNC lathe, manual mills and lathes, Cutoff saw, MIG/TIG welders for steel and aluminum, and a Brown & Sharp CMM. We also use Solid-Edge for 3-D modeling and for prototyping we can use prints or used parts brought in by the customer. . Ideal Machine, Inc. takes great pride in our work and cares greatly about our customer’s satisfaction. We can help design custom jobs such as a piston and sleeve for pulling tractors as we’ve done in the past.
