To those few of you who know a few more details about my medical journey and have been joining us in prayer over the past years, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS!! God is continuing to use this journey, though difficult and painful, for our good! Justin and I have gained such valuable insights and have grown tremendously in our marriage as a result of this trial. We have both been changed for the better through this journey. My prayer the last several months has been that this would be a “good season” in our lives, full of joy, rather than just another season of “waiting to get past this.” While I trust that God will heal my body in His perfect timing, I want to have my focus on what He is doing in us and through us now, rather than have all my attention on that hoped for day somewhere in the future. I don’t want to miss any more todays.
