Intern2work is the distinctive network program offering employers the talent pool of college students from community colleges, two-year UW colleges and the UW four-year institutions. . . The program was developed by Northeast Wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance-NEW ERA. This consortium links the thirteen publicly-supported institutions of higher education in northeast Wisconsin and includes the region’s four technical colleges, joined with five two-year UW Colleges, the College of Menominee Nation, UW Extension and the four-year UW System universities at Green Bay and Oshkosh.. .
