(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law. (f) Torture. (g) Rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence of compatible gravity. (h) Enforced disappearance of persons. (i) The crime of Apartheid. (j) Other inhumane acts of similar character intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.. . The establishment of IOSME provides a bedrock for all civic and political organizations, despite their differing orientations and ideologies, through cooperation and deterrence from violence and revenge, to unite and act in support of the establishment of democracy and human rights in the Middle East.. . . IOSME was established in 2013 by a group of Americans deeply concerned about the lack of political, religious and gender freedoms, the glaring absence of democracy, the lack of human rights, and the advent of female and child slavery and sexual abuse in Islamic countries in the Middle East, As well as Islamic crimes against humanity.. . In consideration of the present sensitive circumstances in the world and the ever-increasing threats to peace, security, prosperity and tranquility in the world, as well as to the territorial integrity of Middle Eastern countries, we have established IOSME. IOSME, invites all parties who emphasize non-violent solutions based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to unite in a path of creating a worldwide democratic organization that defines crimes against Humanity as those of Article 7 of the Rome Statute; of the ICC (International Criminal Court)..
