We are hear to teach and coach the proper technique and form required for the Olympic weightlifting movements, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Iron Barbell is coached by Alec Olson, a Certified USAW Coach, who has 3+ years coaching experience, coaching collegiate athletes at Western Oregon University, and has been lifting for 3 years. Iron Barbell for now is open as a class M, W, F 7pm to 8:30pm and Saturdays from 11am to 12:30pm. If you are wanting to learn the Olympic movements for fun, to help enhance other athletic performance or to be competitive, look no further!
