Detailed description is Ironton Jazzercise Center We offer a dance based fitness program. Each class incorporates approximately 35 minutes of cardio 25 minutes of strength training. The classes have current, upbeat music and trained instructors to lead you through the workout. We have classes Monday thru Thursday at 4:30, Monday thru Thursday at 6:30, Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday at 9am, and Sunday at 2:00. Try us out, your 1st class is always free!. Our basic class tickets are a 2 month pass for $77 or $32/month if you enroll in the EFT program. EFT can be withdrawn from a checking account or charged to a credit card. To stop the automatic withdrawal we must be notified by the 15th day of the month to stop it for the next month..
