Detailed description is One of the Southeast's most earth friendly Hydroponic Farms. We grow 40,000 plants including; tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, and peas, ...two types of lettuce, arugula, a wide variety of peppers on 1 1/2 acres! We also grow silver purple hull peas, squash, zucchini and okra conventionally. We are open to the public for retail so come by and give us a try!!! We open June 1st through November. Regular hours are Monday- Friday from 8am-2pm. The farmers market is closed on Saturday & Sunday. We also take part in the Latham United Methodist Church Farmers Market(South Parkway Huntsville) Tuesdays May-September, The Green Street Market(Downtown Huntsville) Thursdays May-October, and the Bailey Cove Farmers Market Saturdays June-October..
