Detailed description is This is an educational page only, to help people understand mental health issues and to give ideas on how to cope with the daily stressors of life. I think I've always been drawn to counseling, and in 2012 I enrolled at Colorado Christian University to get my masters in counseling. I am an LPCC, (licensed professional counselor candidate), in the state of Colorado, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). My counseling practice focuses on trauma and abuse work, anxiety, depression, life transitions, spiritual counseling including Christian counseling and Catholic counseling, relationship issues, and coping skills. I used a mix of therapeutic techniques in my practice, and am drawn to the cognitive behavioral techniques as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Mindfulness. I work with military veterans, and am a veteran myself. I also work with adults, teens, and married couples. . . My office hours are normally Tuesday - Thursday and I have evening appointments available. . . This page is not to provide any counseling, but to help educate people on the mental health issues people face today.
