Detailed description is Hand spun local yarns and knit-nacks. About Me & The Birth of the Biz. Currently I am on many creative journey’s. I taught myself how to crochet in December of 2007. I joined Ravelry at the end of January, where I found a local group of knitters/crocheters. They were all very nice and welcoming. I wanted to learn to knit after seeing all the beautiful items they were working on. So early Feb 2008 I got some needles and yarn and taught myself to knit.. . Since that early learning of all that is Knit I have expanded into spinning yarns and making knitting notions!! I have enjoyed every step of this process of sheep to knitware. I wanted to share my zaney, funky self and items with the world. Hense the creation of my shop.. . I have to thank my best friend for the idea of the name. She wanted me to teach her how to knit and she would always call it Yarning. With the sticks and string. Thus the name was born!. . +:+:+. . Richly coloured yarn and fibre, which is all hand spun.
