Detailed description is To support Team USA, welcome area visitors and fans with a good old-fashioned Minnesota street festival with bands, food and fun in Lumpy's Lounge We welcome Ryder Cup visitors and fans to downtown Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka, to enjoy all our community has to offer at a good old fashioned Block Party sponsored by local businesses and sponsors.
