My focus is on two primary areas: Education Law and Special Needs Estate Planning. In the area of Education Law, I represent students and parents to resolve education-related legal disputes as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I have successfully helped clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire address a wide variety of school issues, including special education and discipline. Clients range from pre-Kindergarten through Graduate School. In the area of Special Needs Estate Planning, I help parents to ensure that their children are properly taken care of now and well into the future.. . My legal training is supplemented by a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.), a Massachusetts teaching certificate, and personal experience dealing with the special education system. Because of this experience and interest, I have dedicated the majority of my practice to helping students with special needs and their families.
