Lazy J's was started as a family farm initially selling produce at farmer's markets. Jay found that selling to local restaurants was a good way to get good, fresh food to local venues with more people. Jay and Rebecca feel it is important for all families large or small to be able to access and eat good quality food. That was the catalyst behind opening the market and deli. They plan to offer the best quality produce, meats and other products that are as close to nature and farm as possible. They plan to not only cure their own meats, but they also plan to have classes to help others learn how to prepare, can and best utilize this fresh food.
