"Creating Change through Choice" It is my belief that as we become clear about the choices we are making and examine why we are making them, we are empowered to select the choices that will move us in the direction we desire to go. We become conscious choice makers and thereby put ourselves in the driver seats of our lives. Once there, the client and I can put together a plan to get moving!. I facilitate this process through compassionate one-on-one coaching sessions, group adult workshops and children's theatre club.. One-on-one sessions are like a counseling session; they are confidential and are held in a comfortable home office in a convenient down town location. $45/50min session.. Group adult workshops cover a myriad of subjects from The Cycle of Relationships to Communication/Conflict Resolution to Being Self Responsible. These are 4 hour workshops. $100/4hr workshop.. Children's Theatre Club is a dynamic extra-curricular program that I offer to children ages 7-12. Through improvisation, short scripts, and theatre games, children will have the opportunity to be exposed to problem solving, team work, cooperation, kindness, communication, creativity, and fun while putting together a show. These programs will run as 10 3hr sessions, twice a week, ending in a performance for friends and family. They will be held in a convenient location in West Quesnel. $195/30 hr session.
