Les Trouvailles Gourmandes du Canton est une ferme familiale qui fait les choses autrement. En fait, en plus de posséder un troupeau de moutons et de bœufs de boucherie de race Angus, nous possédons sur la ferme une boucherie de type C-1. Depuis 2011 nous avons notre boutique à la ferme attenant à la boucherie. Étant donné que le consommateur d'aujourd'hui se pose beaucoup de questions sur la provenance et la composition des aliments qu'il consomme, Les Trouvailles Gourmandes du Canton répondent à ce type clientèle.
