Detailed description is Offering handcrafted production of authentic Italian gelato using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients with an Americano flare for something different. A little about me:. When I took my first visit to Italy in 2005, I had never tasted gelato that was so flavorful and fresh. When I came back home I couldn't find anything close to the gelato I had tasted. With the tutelage of Chef Giovanni Gaudio I began my 16 year self-taught journey to perfecting the authentic taste of Italian gelato. This has cultivated to opening my own business and selling my creations. Currently, I am working out of the certified kitchen of Table Nectar Catering and saving up for a store front for families to enjoy. Buon Appettito.
