They are asked to formulate a promotional plan that will teach retailers (grocery store owners, for example) how to use social media or any form of non-traditional media to promote the Louisiana wild-caught seafood industry.
They can promote either:.
The wild-caught seafood industry as a whole or.
One of the six individual components:.
-Crawfish.
-Oysters .
-Finfish .
-Crabs .
-Shrimp .
-Alligator.

-Teams of NO MORE THAN 4 students per team should register by Friday, December 5, 2014.
A high school can have as many teams as they want.
