The home has 3 Master Suites each with Luxury baths ,2 with Dual Head Mega Showers, 3.5 baths with one tub, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, upgraded kitchen and breakfast bar, K-cup and Coffee station.
Currently sleeps 10.
The entry floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room and a slider to the balcony overlooking the boat dock and canal.
There is also a small pier with a boat dock, there is no boat lift.
The second floor consists of 2 master suites both with their own master baths and dual showers.
The back suite also has a balcony that overlooks the canal as well.
The large capacity washer and dryer are located on the second floor utility room.
The third floor is one large master suite with 2 queen beds and its own master bath with a bathtub.
You can also somewhat see the bay from the 3rd floor large bay picture window.
There is also off road parking for 3 standard size automobiles.
Rental is located bayside 118th Street Coastal Highway.
Approximately .65 mile walk to the beach.
Convenient to local restaurants, 1 chain grocery stores within less than 1 mile, Gold Coast Mall, Coastal Highway and public bus route within walking distance or a short car ride..
