Detailed description is We are a small office focused on connecting the Lynchburg College community with the surrounding City of Lynchburg community through service opportunities.
The Office of Community Involvement is located on the second floor of the Drysdale Student Center near Westover.
Our office works closely with approximately 200 community partners during the school year.
During the year we cohost events in hopes to bring service opportunities to our LC community.
Of our events here are a few that are popular: Hunger and Homelessness Week, MS Walk, Special Olympics, James River Cleanup, Intergenerational Walk and Luncheon, and Virginia 10 Miler.
