Detailed description is Making Space's CCBT service offers individuals with mild to moderate depression supported access to a number of computerised CBT programmes which are clinically proven as effective non-drug treatment for anxiety and depression. As a team we aim to give you much more than just access to the CCBT programme. We will provide you with an experienced facilitator who will support you throughout your treatment. They will be on hand for each session answering any concerns, practical problems, helping with the tasks set each week and providing guidance throughout the programme.
