Although our prices may be a bit steep compared to other places, all of our top grade quality meat is hand picked in L.A. every week by us to ensure our customers enjoy the freshest and the best.. . Korean BBQ is an entertaining way to enjoy some delicious food. After ordering your choice of meat, you will be served side dishes (or in korean ban-chan), which consist primarily of vegetable based foods, along with rice. The meat will soon follow and be served raw and uncooked. This is where the fun comes in. Embedded in each table is a grill with which you, the customer, can cook your own food however you wish and enjoy delicious Korean BBQ!. . Mapo Korean BBQ restaurant offers All-You-Can eat, which as the name implies means that for one low price you can eat until you're stuffed. The way All-You-Can eat works is you order a few dishes of meat from our special All-You-Can eat menu. Since the portions are meant for a group of people, generally customers will order 2 to 3 types of meat at a time and share with the whole table (note: when ordering All-You-Can eat, all customers in a group who are sitting at the same table must order All-You-Can eat so to prevent un-paid for sharing). When all the meat is gone and you would like more, feel free to use the call buttons located on each table to order more meat for no additional cost. Our All-You-Can eat deals include all the same ban-chan that normally comes out with Korean BBQ along with unlimited rice. One final note about All-You-Can eat is that you cannot take any of the food with you to-go so please make sure to only order/cook what you can eat so as to not waste food. Thank you.. . Along with All-You-Can eat Mapo also offers another way to enjoy Korean BBQ with our Combos. You can choose from either Combo A, B, or C. These Combos could be better for your party because not everyone at the table has to pay for the Korean BBQ if they choose to eat something else. Combos also include a wider variety of meats to choose from than our All-You-Can eat menus. In addition, customers may notice that the meat served in Combos are fresher and cleaner. This is because while the meat served for All-You-Can eat is generally prepared before-hand, the meat served in Combos are all freshly cut and prepared after you order it. All three combos come with ban-chan, steamed egg, and your choice of either soybean stew, kimchi stew, or boiled dumplings. Combo A comes with 3 choices of meat and 2 bowls of rice. Combo B comes with 4 choices of meat and 3 bowls of rice. Combo C comes with 5 choices of meat and 4 bowls of rice. Each Combo has roughly enough food to fully satisfy the number of people equivalent to the bowls of rice included in the Combo. To-go IS valid with Combo orders, since all the food was paid for so even if you order too much you could always save it for later. . . In addition, customers are free to order individual plates of meat rather than choosing either the All-You-Can eat or the Combos. Individual orders of meat must include a minimum or 2 orders of meat and include all the same side dishes and comes with rice. Mapo offers the choice of having the raw meat seasoned/marinated before being served so try some of the regular favorites in a new way!! Ask for seasoned/unseasoned when ordering.. .
