We are open every Thursday for food distribution, and participants may come two Thursdays a month to receive food.
Our hours are 9am to 11 am, except for the 4th Thursday of the month, when we distribute Federal Surplus Commodities through the TEFAP Program.
On that 4th Thursday, we distribute commodities between 11am and 1 pm..

Participants who wish to register for food distribution must bring with them proof that they reside in Sierra County--a Driver's License will not work for this--participants must have a rent receipt, a gas bill, a voter's registration card, or a municipal utility bill--something that shows the physical address of the participant.
They must also indicate that their family/household income falls at or below the federal poverty guidelines.
Once enrolled, participants will only need to re-enroll once a year.
Emergencies are always taken into consideration.
