Detailed description is Mentoring for Success strives to empower first-generation college students at RCC to feel more connected, engaged, informed, and have access to more resources through a one-to-one mentoring relationship with a Mentor.
With support and guidance, mentors help students better develop their goals, a plan to reach those goals, and over the course of two semesters, work to reach some of those goals.
Mentees in the program come together once a month for informative and engaging workshops and have the opportunity to take part in fun activities both on- and off-campus..
