One of my main goals in this business has been to gain the respect and trust of my customers. My father, a Sicilian immigrant, with not much in terms of education, was a craftsman in his field of granite fabrication, but he had a saying " Il mastro e mastro, ma il padrone e capomastro". What does that mean?, The simplest translation is ' the customer is always right" no matter how much of an expert you may be. In other words, the one goal we as Contractors should have is to satisfy the customer through our skilled work.
