Detailed description is I am a Strength & Conditioning Coach. I will help you MOVE Better. FEEL Better. PERFORM Better. Just ask me how. Ray earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Management from Northeastern University. He has been involved in the fitness world for over 2 decades and continues to update his knowledge through continuing education and professional seminars. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning. . . In 2010 Ray established his own business-Movement Based Training. (His business philosophy is Move Better, Feel Better, and Perform Better). He believes moving well is the key to good training and should always be step number 1. Ray works mostly in the Metro-West area with a varied clientele. He works with youth and High School athletes from many different sports. He also works with a number of clients who just want to move better, feel better and look better.. . While skillful enough to adapt his training style to any client be it fat loss, athletic performance or just feeling better, Ray has begun to focus on Golfers as well. Ray holds certifications in the Functional Movement Screen and is a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (Titleist Performance Institute). He currently is working with a couple of PGA Pros as well as clients who just love to play and MOST importantly want to continue to play without body aches or injury and improve their game.. . "I got into this field to help people. I really enjoy helping people feel better, look better and perform better and stay injury free in their chosen sport or activity. I have also come to understand that Good Movement is the key to developing these qualities".
