Detailed description is The MSU's Queer Students Community Centre (QSCC) is a space for those identified as gender and sexual minorities and their allies at McMaster University The Queer Students Community Centre (QSCC) is a service supported by the McMaster Students Union. We provide a contact point for McMaster students that may identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, or queer, and their allies. We offer educational programming and access to resources of interest to the GLBTQ community. As advocates for gender & sexual diversity, the QSCC’s mandate upholds that queer students are entitled to a safe and supportive campus, absent of discrimination, where the expression of one’s gender & sexual identity is welcomed and respected.. . NEWCOMERS: Newcomers meetings are confidential group discussions for LGBTTI2SQQA students who are new to McMaster or new to their identities. All meetings are led by our Newcomers Exec and facilitators. Times and locations are announced the day of the meeting for confidentiality purposes..
