Detailed description is 18 acres -- private, family-owned. Serene, beautiful, peaceful. Camping, Hiking, Cookouts, Fellowship. This is a private area of land, open to use for friends, family, church youth groups, small groups, and other organizations looking for a fun place to host an event, camp, hike, etc. We are still in the early stages of developing, but we have two camping areas with fire pits and seating, locations for around 8-10 tents, outhouse, treehouse, small cabin with bunk beds, large deck with continental divide view, and propane grills. Additionally we have two RVs there serving as part time living for the owners. We do not yet have water or power up there. Currently in the process of building sports areas: sand volleyball courts, frisbee golf course. Total area is 36 acres, but we are adjacent to Mt. Falcon Park and Little Park.
