Detailed description is A Red Lodge local mexican taquería Michael and Jenny Muirhead hope to bring an authentic taste of Mexico to Red Lodge with the simple concept of the taquería (taco shop).
The menu will feature pork "al Pastor" prepared using a trompo (vertical rotisserie), carne asada, slow roasted chicken, shrimp "al mojo de ajo", and rajas con crema.
We also plan to have weekly soup and entree specials.

Hoping to keep with the taco shop feel we are opened in a small historical 1960's "fill up" station that has been converted to a counter and patio seating restaurant.
