Detailed description is Nautical products handcrafted in Twillingate, Newfoundland & Labrador. Textile Artist Joelle Sunshine McGregor is passionate about using natural materials to create exquisite works of art. She started Nature’s Threads NL in 2013 after graduation from the Anna Templeton Centre textile art program. She was then accepted into the Quidi Vidi Village Plantation emerging artist program and opened her own storefront. Joelle is a juried member of the Craft Council of Newfoundland & Labrador, her products are Crafts of Character approved, and she is a member of Hospitality NL. . . Nature's Threads NL has grown into an online storefront and wholesale company located in downtown Twillingate. Joelle is currently exploring the use of natural fibres to create nautical themed products with traditional knotting and weaving techniques.
