Detailed description is NCCIA is an organization that focuses on moving our community, as well as other local communities, forward, thus increasing the quality of life. New Castle Community in Action (NCCIA) is members of the community who have came together to help move New Castle and surrounding communities foward in a positive direction. . . Things NCCIA Does:. • Clean up the Community (Trash Clean Up, Clean Graffiti, and plant greenery). • Promote the Community to new businesses which can bring new jobs to the community. • Promote local attractions and events. • Run more Community events. • Work with other Community programs (Hope Initiative, Food Banks, Miracle League, Etc.) . • Help people where and when we can. . . .
